How to Know If You Need Counselling
It’s not always obvious when to reach out for counselling. Many people wait until things feel overwhelming, but therapy can be helpful long before that point.
You might notice that you’re feeling constantly anxious, struggling to switch off, or finding it harder to cope with everyday situations. For others, it shows up as low mood, irritability, or a sense of feeling stuck.
Counselling isn’t just for crisis situations. It’s a space to understand what’s going on, even if you can’t fully explain it yet.
If something doesn’t feel right, that’s often reason enough to talk to someone.
