Trauma Counselling in Bournemouth

Trauma can have a lasting impact, even long after the event itself. It may show up as anxiety, emotional distress, or a sense of being stuck etc.

Everyone responds to trauma differently, and there is no right or wrong way to feel. Some people notice immediate effects, while for others it can take time before those feelings surface.

Counselling provides a safe and supportive space to begin processing what has happened, at a pace that feels manageable for you.
