Depression Counselling in Bournemouth

Depression is more than feeling low. It can affect how you think, how you feel, and how you experience everyday life.

You may feel exhausted, unmotivated, or disconnected from things you used to enjoy. Even simple tasks can feel overwhelming.

Counselling offers a space to explore what may be contributing to these feelings. Rather than pushing you to “fix” things quickly, we take the time to understand what’s happening and work towards a way forward that feels realistic and supportive.
