Counselling Services in Bournemouth & Southbourn
Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. It’s completely normal to feel uncertain, but getting in touch is often the first move towards understanding what’s going on and finding a way forward.
I offer a calm and confidential space where you can talk openly, whether you’re looking for support with a specific issue or simply feel that something isn’t quite right.
How I Work
As an integrative therapist, I don’t follow a fixed method. Instead, I adapt the way we work depending on your needs, your experiences, and what you want to get from therapy.
Some people come to counselling with a clear issue, while others simply feel stuck or overwhelmed. Our work together is about understanding what’s happening for you and finding a way forward that feels manageable and meaningful.
Areas I Can Support You With
I provide counselling support for a range of issues, including anxiety, stress, low self worth trauma, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem.
I also work with bereavement, abuse, and questions around identity and sexuality.
Each of these areas is explored in more detail below, so you can understand how counselling can help with your specific situation.
Choosing the Right Type of Support
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting counselling. If you’re unsure which area best fits what you’re experiencing, we can explore this together in your first session. The focus is not on fitting you into a category, but on understanding you as an individual.
