Contact a Counsellor in Bournemouth & Southbourne

Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. It’s completely normal to feel uncertain, but getting in touch is often the first move towards understanding what’s going on and finding a way forward.

I offer a calm and confidential space where you can talk openly, whether you’re looking for support with a specific issue or simply feel that something isn’t quite right.

Taking the First Step

Many people wait a long time before reaching out for counselling. If you’re here, you’ve already taken the first step by looking into it. If you feel ready, or even just curious about whether counselling might help, you’re welcome to get in touch.

Get in Touch

If you’d like to arrange a session or ask a question before getting started, you’re welcome to get in touch in whichever way feels most comfortable for you.

You can contact me by email at gen@gsscounselling.co.uk or by phone on 07369 252434. If you prefer, you can also use the contact form and I will respond as soon as possible.

What Happens Next

Once you get in touch, we can arrange an initial session or have a brief conversation to discuss what you’re looking for.

The first session is an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to counselling and to get a sense of how I work. No pressures or expectations — simply a space to begin.

Location and Session Options

I offer counselling both online and in person from my private garden office, “The Practice”, based in Southbourne.

If you’re based in Bournemouth or the surrounding areas, you may prefer to attend in person. If not, online sessions provide the same level of support and flexibility.
